Vista offers security guarantee on door locks

Vista Group Plc, the Merseyside – based manufacturer of PVC panels and composite doors has recently introduced a protected security guarantee in partnership with Millenco Hardware who provides locks for their ‘Welcome Collection’ of composite doors.

The scheme is very easy to use; upon completion of the installation the home owner fills out and posts the registration form, confirming that everything has been fitted properly and is in good working order. This is then received at Millenco where the entire guarantee scheme is then managed. Should the home owner suffer a break-in through a Millenco protected door, where the hardware has failed during a forced entry, then subject to Millenco's own investigation, they will then pay the sum of £500 pounds to the home owner and a further £500 to the installation company.

The benefit to the home owner and the installer is peace of mind. They are dealing with a company that are so sure of the performance of their product, that if it fails they will provide enough funds to replace the door or any uninsured losses to the value of the scheme payout. Installers know that in such case, the money to replace the door is guaranteed and they will not be out of pocket. They can replace the door immediately, offering rapid response and good service to their clients.
