Vista launches new eco-friendly 30-minute fire door

Vista Panels has received a phenomenal response to their new 30-minute fire door from a number of social housing landlords. The door incorporates an 'Ecoframe' which includes an environmentally friendly 70mm outer frame made from recyclable plastics and aluminium drinks cans, together with a new 'Automatic Locking' multipoint locking system. Vista Panels Managing Director Keith Sadler said: "In light of recent legislation a number of social housing landlords have started to review their replacement fire door schemes. Our new fire door design is ideal for these schemes, providing high quality security and environmental benefits."

The Vista 30-minute fire door has an outer skin of grained and moulded GRP with an inner skin of grained GRP moulded white skin. The locking mechanism consists of a Winkhaus AV2 lock, tested to the requirements of PAS23/PAS24 weather performance and security standards Secure by Design.

The Vista FD30 fire doors are available in various colours and styles and carry a full 10-year guarantee.
