September 2025 marked an incredible milestone for one of our familiar faces here at Vista – Heidi Clarke, who celebrates 20 years with us!
Since joining us as a purchase ledger clerk back in 2005, Heidi has seen huge changes across every corner of the business, from ownership and technology, to products, people and production. Yet through it all, her positivity, attention to detail and loyalty have remained constant.
When Heidi first joined the team, her son was just seven years old. Fast forward two decades, and he’s now 27 and married, a reminder of just how quickly time has flown. Over those years, Vista has continued to grow from strength to strength. We’ve expanded our panel and composite door ranges, moving with the times through new processes, innovations, and a growing customer base.
Reflecting on her time with Vista, Heidi said:
“Vista has and remains the most amazing place to work, caring and support beyond belief. I’ve purchased several doors over the years, so I know the product very well and love showing them off to new neighbours (I’m about to buy another one shortly!).”
Heidi’s seen the business evolve, welcomed new colleagues, and witnessed countless milestones along the way, including our 30th anniversary this year!
Her story perfectly sums up the culture we’re so proud of – a supportive, people-focused workplace built on trust, teamwork and a genuine love for what we do.
Heidi adds,
“Amazing staff and management, past and present, have become good friends. I look forward to seeing out my working life at Vista – hopefully I’ll reach the 30-year mark too!”
